Baskets $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00   and   $5 each 3-Day Cruise
Raffle will be held after the Saturday Night Speaker and Countdown. Guests MUST be present to win.

DONATIONS:  After the conference, donations will be made to South County Intergroup, North County Intergroup, District and General Service.

RESPONSIBILITY PLEDGE:  I AM RESPONSIBLE....When anyone, anywhere reaches out for help, I want the hand of A.A. always to be there.  And for that....I AM RESPONSIBLE.

             

HOTEL INFORMATION:

  • CHECK IN:  If you check in with a debit card, funds will be put on hold for your incidentals. If you don’t wish for that to happen, use cash or a credit card.

  • CHECK OUT:  The Conference closes at noon on Sunday.  Hotel check-out is at noon and luggage maybe stored with Bellmen at any time.  SPA: Discount of 20% for spa service for conference ladies

  • PARKING: Self parking:  Group rate of $12.  Valet Parking: Group rate of $16.

  • RESTAURANTS:  Discount of 10% at all three hotel restaurants for conference ladies. 

Cancellations: No refunds; Registration or Banquets. Hotel cancellations 3 days prior only.
